Hello, everyone!

The other day, I went to Tsukiji for my annual physical.
It was bustling with activity even on a weekday afternoon,
and it was especially crowded with foreign tourists.

The street is lined with restaurants that look delicious,
and the aroma wafting from all around is enough to whet your appetite just by walking by…
However, since I had a health checkup coming up, I had to skip a meal, of course!

Now that my health checkup is over without a hitch,
I’ve once again realized how important it is to take care of my health every day.
