Today, we will be talking about how we conduct training for company newbies! (￣^￣)ゞ

While others have experience in the industry,some of the new hires have no experience when they join the company.
So the training course is tailored to each individual’s experience and level of proficiency in order for them to make progress at a comfortable pace.

In between training sessions, participants also exchanged opinions about creating systems to ensure safe operations.
Many specific ideas were raised, such as
“How can we make the workplace run more smoothly?”,
“What kind of support is needed at what stage?” and so on.

We will keep providing both training and on-site support so that new employees can acquire skills with confidence. ٩(`･ω･´)
